  • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify SIT at least 48 hours before the course commencement.
  • Refunds: Course fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted if SIT is unable to provide the promised service due to institutional reasons. Any refund, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method.
6. Limitation of Liability

SIMEC Institute of Technology, including its affiliates, staff, and representatives, will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for the course or program in question.
