The honorable Founder Chairman Engr. Sardar Md. Shaheen and honorable President Prof. Dr. Md. Monirul Islam of SIMEC Institute of Technology paid a courtesy visit to The University of Texas at Austin in November 2022. During their visit, they had the opportunity to meet with various scholars and academics from a range of disciplines. They participated in meetings and discussions with faculty members and department heads, sharing insights and exchanging ideas on areas of mutual interest such as research, education and academic collaborations.

“The honorable President Prof. Dr. Md. Monirul Islam, and Founder Chairman Engr. Sardar Md. Shaheen of SIMEC Institute of Technology attended the International Meet on Infrastructure and Construction (INFRAMEET2022) as a speaker and presented their research papers. The INFRAMEET2022 had researchers and experts from all over the world network and present their ideas in their fields of interest, on a common platform. The conference meeting took place between November 10-12, 2022 in Chicago, USA.”

The honorable President, Prof. Dr. Md. Monirul Islam, and Founder Chairman, Engr. Sardar Md. Shaheen of SIMEC Institute of Technology, along with other board members of the institute, paid a visit to Kitami Institute of Technology located in Hokkaido, Japan. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen ties and foster new collaborations between the two institutions. During their visit, the delegation from SIMEC Institute of Technology had the opportunity to tour the research facilities and labs at Kitami Institute of Technology. The visit was a great success, and both institutions have agreed to explore opportunities for future collaborations in research, education, and academic exchange. The visit was a great opportunity for both parties to build stronger ties and foster new collaborations.

MediAsia2022 encourage academics and scholars to meet and exchange ideas and views in an international forum stimulating respectful dialogue. This event allowed participants to renew old acquaintances, make new contacts, network, and facilitate partnerships across national and disciplinary borders. The conference took place between October 17-20, held in Kyoto, Japan”

The Founder Chairman, Engr. Sardar Md. Shaheen, and Dr. Ratan Kumar Roy, Chief Coordinator of the International Research Center at SIMEC Institute of Technology, recently visited Singapore to explore opportunities for collaboration and research among Singaporean academic institutions and organizations. The purpose of the visit was to foster new relationships and strengthen existing ones with academic and research institutions in Singapore. During the visit, Dr. Ratan Kumar Roy, Chief Coordinator of SIMEC Institute of Technology’s International Research Center, met with leading academics and scholars from prestigious universities such as the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. The meetings provided an opportunity to discuss potential areas of collaboration and exchange ideas on research and educational initiatives.
