About Us

SIMEC Institute of Technology is a research and education-based institution in Bangladesh that provides skill development courses and a platform for conducting interdisciplinary research and consultancy with the generous support of some top-class academic institutes from Japan and worldwide. It was established in 2018 as a project of the SIMEC Foundation. The Institute is certified as a skill development and assessment center by the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) of the Prime Minister’s Office of Bangladesh, and it is also registered under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).

OUR MISSION

  • To provide high-quality education that is affordable while also giving students the knowledge and skills they need in their chosen field, instilling values, spotting hidden talents, and giving them a chance to reach their full potential.
  • To promote education through research, training, short and long courses, workshop, seminar, and consultancy, ensuring overall professional development
  • Create a platform for students, scholars, and researchers to conduct interdisciplinary research in the field of their interest
